Annah Rinaldo

Annah is an experienced and passionate Yoga Instructor, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Driven by wanting to help others, she takes pride in providing the best yoga and exercise experience possible. When she is not teaching in the fields of yoga and wellness in Charles County, Maryland, you can find her hiking with her husband and daughter, meditating, biking, homeschooling her 5-year-old daughter, Ava, and supporting the St. Mary’s County Special Olympic softball, flag football, and ski teams. Annah’s newest passion is supporting the mission of Hope In Harmony through inclusion, love, and acceptance of all stellar singers who earn a position in Hope In Harmony’s ensemble. She is committed to Membership Outreach and Advocacy of Members, serving on the Legal and Filing committee, and assisting with Strategic Planning for the next three fiscal years. As a member of the original Madrigal Lords and Ladies acapella group and a choir member in middle and high school under the direction of T.C. O’Brien, Annah is looking forward to the success and excellence of the Hope In Harmony ensemble and performing arts future.
